• 1/3 of our staff will be working from home and most of our shifts will be optimized for delivery services.

2. ESCO | WILL INCREASE DELIVER CAPACITY 300%

• This includes OTC purchases, food supplies, and more for our customers.
• This is help alleviate the dangers of multiple close encounters to help you  and our staff.

3. ESCO | ONLINE/SPECIAL ORDERS

• If you cannot find the item(s) you're looking for, you can request a Special Order for us to process.
• Please note that we only offer delivery services within a 20 block radius from our physical location (at 687 9th Ave, NY 10036)

5. ESCO | FASK MASK - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

• Esco will be receiving shipments for masks depending on the state of availability given to us via our distributors.
• Due to the nature of limited availability during this time, we are only allowed to sell 1 box of face masks per customer.
• In order to reserve your box, please fill out our special order form.
• The price per box is $25. (We only charge $1 on top of our cost to make it affordable for each family during this time).

NOTICE: Face masks are PICK UP ONLY, NON-REFUNDABLE, and we will honor your reservation up to 7 days. We will contact you via the phone number you inputted when your item is available.
